Gifts galore
Generous gifts are given during the holidays, on your birthday and on other special occasions (i.e. weddings, arrival of new babies, etc.). For Thanksgiving, CL&D gives employees a gift certificate towards their celebration feast.

Perfect attendance pays
To work hard, you’ve got to be here. Office associates receive a $50 gift certificate for each quarter that they have perfect attendance. Go a whole year without an absence (minus paid vacation and holidays) and receive a $200 bonus certificate. Production associates receive $250 for each quarter they have perfect attendance.

Finder’s Fee
Know and bring an associate on board and you’ll get a $500 finder’s fee (once he or she completes six months of service).

Steel-toe boots
We’ll pick up 50% of the tab (up to $75) on steel-toe boots purchased and worn to work by associates. Please note that wearing these boots is not a safety requirement.

T-shirts
Be and look like a team player. Our T’s sport our company logo on them. You get three after 90 days of service and then each year thereafter. Additional shirts and apparel may be purchased at discounted prices.
